Students are obliged to register every academic year following initial matriculation, up till graduation.

Deadlines

From 1 August to 20 October

  • from 21 October to 31 December a penalty of 70 euro is applied
  • from 1 January to 31 May a penalty of 200 euro is applied

Method

Subsequent registration for every year after the initial year, students must pay the first instalment by using the bank invoice 'MAV' downloadable from the reserved area on the website: https://www.segreterie.unipg.it/mav/

Deadline second and third instalment tuition and fees

  • Second instalment: deadline  31 December 2011
  • Third instalment: deadline 30 April 2012

Pro rating is a way to make tuition and feespayments easier; therefore after paying the first instalment, payments of all other instalments for the academic year in which you are registered becomes mandatory. Amounts: consult attachments to Rules Procedure Deadlines and Tuition.

Exemptions:

  • Students who want to graduate by the  last session of the academic year 2010/2011 (read here)
  • Students who are transferring to other universities before 20 October:, submit appropriate form.
N.B.: transferrals are allowed between  21 October and 31 December 2011 provided registration is renewed for the academic year 2011/2012
  • Students who wish to suspend their studies for the academic year 2011/2012 by submitting appropriate form.

Transferring to other universities

Deadlines: from 1 July to 20 October 2011

N.B: Students who wish to transfer to other universities before 20 October 2011 do not need to renew registration for the academic year 2011/2012 at this University.

N.B: transferring between  21 October and 31 December 2011 is allowed provided renewal has been made for the year 2011/2012

Registration for single courses

From 1 August 2011 to 29 February 2012 it is possible to register for single courses by submitting the following form.

Suspending one's studies

By suspending one's studies, it is intended that a student does not renew his/her registration for one or more academic years, but not beyond the ultimate prescription.

Prescription

Prescription of courses occurs after 8 years have elapsed from the student's last mark.
