Students have to  register every academic year following initial matriculation, up till graduation.

Enrollment Procedure 

Subsequent registration for every year after the initial year, students must pay the first instalment by using the bank invoice 'MAV' downloadable from the reserved area https://unipg.esse3.cineca.it/Home.do;jsessionid=A088765E0981495B5B72A0AA429B5F7F.esse3-unipg-prod-02?cod_lingua=eng 

Student fees for students with income or assets abroad - Bracket classes

Exemptions:

  • Students who want to graduate by the  last session of the academic year;
  • Students who are transferring to other universities before 20 October:,
  • Students who wish to suspend their studies by submitting appropriate form ;

Transferring to other universities

Deadlines: from 1 July to 20 October 2017

N.B: Students who wish to transfer to other universities before 20 October 2011 do not need to renew registration for the current academic year;

To apply for transferral, the following form must be submitted form.

Deadlines: from 1 July to 31 December 2017

The following form must be submitted form.

Registration for single courses

From 1 August 2017 to 29 February 2018 it is possible to register for single courses by submitting the following form.

Suspending one's studies

By suspending one's studies, it is intended that a student does not renew his/her registration for one or more academic years, but not beyond the ultimate prescription.

Abandonment

The following form must be submitted form.

Prescription

Prescription of courses occurs after 8 years have elapsed from the student's last mark.
