Educational objectives
The Constitutional law firstly regarding the liberal democracies, with particular attention to the countries of the European Union.
Prerequisites
The student have to already passed the exam of public law.
Teaching methods
Lessons will be also using slides.
Some experts will teach lessons on specific subjects.

Learning verification modality
A written closed test with multiple-choices and possibility to choose to do also an oral exam for those students interested in improving their vote of written test.
