- The Constitutional law firstly regarding the liberal democracies, with particular attention to the countries of the European Union.
- Prerequisites
- The student have to already passed the exam of public law.
- Teaching methods
- Lessons will be also using slides.

- A written closed test with multiple-choices and possibility to choose to do also an oral exam for those students interested in improving their vote of written test.
