- Special Teaching is independent from the Special Pedagogy and, for those with Special Needs, it proposes effective interventions based on theoretical models. We have to look beyond integrated education. Application areas of Special Didactics: programming curricular and the study of the appropriate methodologies.

- Classes (compulsory) on all themes of the course
- workshops and practice for those students who attend in order to make a socio-educational project. - Other information

- Lecture. Oral examination.
The test, which is oral and lasts about 15/20 minutes, is aimed at checking the knowledge students have acquired during the course, the ability to elaborate and internalize the contents, the ability to communicate and use the proper vocabulary. - Extended program
- As a science, Special Teaching has its own independence from the Special Pedagogy and proposes effective interventions based on theoretical models.
The most important indicators, in Special Teaching, are: recognition of the differences and knowledge about the special needs, straight human relations, cooperation with schoolmates, individual projects open to the lifelong learning, paying attention to the physical education and to the sports.
