Through a synthesis of developmental contextualism and the Living Systems Framework, this course examines how people interact with the environment and how, in turn, these interactions impact upon individuals' biology, psychology and behaviour. By integrating the results from many research investigations, this course offers a comprehensive exploration of how multiple elements interact and shape people's lives.
The second part of the course will analyse strategies to start working in complex institutions using a systemic approach.
