Description of In vitro cultures. Regeneration methods. Morphological, physiological and biochemical bases of in vitro morphogenesis. Cellular totipotency and in vitro regeneration. Micropropagation phases. Encapsulation and synthetic seeds. Storage and cryoconservation.
