Contents | The course aims to provide the basic technical-legal notions on the subject of electronic documents and electronic signatures, as well as on remote contracting, with particular regard to the new types of contracts (so-called smart contract). |

Educational objectives | The aim of the course is to allow the student to understand you reference regulations and to operate in this sector. |
