- The course aims at the knowledge and comparison of the fundamental aspects of the main contemporary constitutional experiences: the features of the Constitution; The form of state, with particular regard to the vertical separation of powers; The form of government; The source system; Constitutional justice.

- A positive result of the exam of "Istituzioni di diritto pubblico" is a prerequisite to do the exam of "Comparative Public Law".
