For attending students, group work is planned and constitutes an integral part of the course program. Group work will be introduced during the course. For non-attending students, an additional text is required:

- At the end of the course, students are expected to have developed skills
such as: i) awareness with respect to the role and responsibilities of
social workers in interdisciplinary professional settings ; ii) critical
analysis of psychosocial dynamics in organizations - Prerequisites
- For students enrolled in the Social Work degree program od the department of political science (UNIPG), the Social Psychology exam scheduled for the first year is a prerequisite for this exam

- Lectures, practical exercises, and group work (the latter for attending students).

- Learning verification modality
- Written exam consisting of multiple-choice and open-ended questions based on the texts included in the exam syllabus (for attending and non-attending students, as detailed above). The exam will take place on a computer in the department’s computer lab (Via Pascoli campus); those who wish may use their own laptop to complete the test. Students with disabilities and/or specific learning disorders (SLD) are entitled to additional time, in accordance with regulations, and may use compensatory or dispensatory tools.
- Extended program
- Building on theoretical models of the study of social groups, the course
will examine intra-group dynamics in organizational contexts. Aspects of
group formation, internal group functioning with particular reference to
norms, roles, leadership, cohesion among members and decision-making
processes will be addressed. It will then delve into notions and tools
related to crucial aspects of group dynamics, such as interdependence,
