| Contents | The course explores the relevant sports law institutes on the level of private relations as conformed by state and European regulations and by private autonomy. |

| Teaching methods | The course aims to be an opportunity for learning, but also for comparison and discussion: it is divided into lectures and in-depth seminars as well as exercises through the study of case law. |
