Knowledge of the content of the civil code, namely Books I, II, III, IV, V (with the exception of the part relating to companies), VI of the civil code.

Educational objectives
The expected result is to bring the student to know the system of private law and labor law according to what is the current legislation. Attention will also be paid to the dispute contained in the special legislation relating to the weak contractor. At the end of the study, the student must be able to apply the legal institutes that have been the subject of the course and that are part of the study program to concrete cases.
Prerequisites
With reference to the prerequisites, only general knowledge is required, which is typical of students who have completed their schooling satisfactorily.
Teaching methods
The course is organized in classroom lessons on the most significant and complex topics which will be accompanied by lessons dedicated to special practical cases with a practical cut.

Learning verification modality
The assessment method is aimed at ascertaining the level of knowledge and understanding reached by the student on the theoretical and methodological contents indicated in the program.

In particular, for students enrolled in the academic year 2022/2023 the evaluation consists of an oral test consisting of an interview with the Commission on the exam programme
Extended program
Candidates for the exam must know the books in which the Civil Code is divided and are invited to attend the course, bringing along the text of the Civil Code.
In particular, they will have to know: First Book, "On persons and the family" (articles 1-455); Second book, "On successions" (articles 456-809); Third book, "Of the property" (articles 810-1172); Fourth book, "Of the obligations" (articles 1173-2059); Book V, "On work" (articles 2060-2246); Sixth book, "On the protection of rights" (articles 2643-2969).
Students will also have to know the main protection tools that the law provides in favor of consumers.
