- Educational objectives
- The main objectives of the course are
- to provide elements of epidemiological methodology necessary to critically read clinical studies and evaluate the impact of diseases on the health of the population as well as the effectiveness of health interventions
-provide general and specific elements in relation to the structure of the health service, the planning, the evaluation of health interventions
At the end of the course students will be able to:
critically read the scientific literature; analyze the health impact of a disease; analyze the characteristics of health interventions; identify the available interventions to control a pathological phenomenon of specific interest and define its role. - Prerequisites
