Educational objectives
The course offers the students an overview of main issues related to corporate finance, such as financial planning, investment and debt choices, and the relationship with financial markets. The course addresses these issues also through a behavioral perspective, highlighting how some cognitive errors can lead managers to make choices that are not optimal for the company.
