- The expected result is to bring the student to know the system of Italian civil law under current regulations contained in the Civil Code and the special legislation.The knowledge gained will enable to understand other legal subjects provided in the study plan. All is coordinated with the teaching of Public Law in order to advance the student understand the system of the hierarchy of sources.At the end of the study, the student will be able to apply to specific cases the legal institutions that have been objects of the course of instruction and that are part of the curriculum.
- Prerequisites
- About the prerequisites it is necessageneral knowledgery only ypical of students who have completed their studies satisfactorily.
- Teaching methods
- The course consists of:- lessons in class on the most significant and complex arguments;- practical activities on specific case;- meetings during the lessons with visiting profesor and experts, with the hope that the student can be processed by the existing experiences in other jurisdictions, universities and agencies.
- Learning verification modality
- The method of evaluation will consist of an oral exam to ascertain the level of knowledge and understanding of the students on the theoretical and methodological implications mentioned in the program. The oral exam will also test the ability of communication with the student of language and autonomous organization of the exposure on the same topics in theoretical content.During the oral exam the student will require the application to practical cases of legal institutions that have been treated.In April, during the break teaching, attending students can access to a learning assessment and, if it is positive, it will be relieved of the first part of the course program. The exemption vote will be averaged with the vote of the second part of the exam.
