Contents
Italian commercial law system links to a larger set of issues than those in the Common law system. Thus, it is impossible a precise translation in English; anyway, it is possible to signal that the course has as object the learning of Business and Enterprise Law, Negotiables Instruments and securities, Bankruptcy Law, Companies Law, Corporations Law.

Educational objectives
the study of law, through the course and consultation of recommended texts, aims to promote learning by the student of the basic principles of matter. Learning can be said to be sufficient when, in the light of the information and acquired cognitive tools, allows a first critical approach to the legal rules of the company.
Prerequisites
commercial law studies require a civil law knowledge: students are therefore kindly required to pass the related examination before approaching the course. A good knowledge of the Italian language is naturally a prerequisite. The indications above concern all students, attending or not.
