Educational objectives | The course aims to provide the knowledge of Labour Criminal Law, constantly referring to the general principles of criminal law, and emphasizing the most problematic and post-modern topics of this branch of criminal justice system. The objective is to promote the access to postgraduate courses, doctoral Schools, and other professional activities (forensic careers, business consulting). The students will develop a multidisciplinary and praxeological understanding of this field. |

Teaching methods | The main didactic method will be the “head-on classes"; seminars could be added. Lectures and seminars will be managed by referring to statute- a and case-law. |
