- Objectives: The course aims to transmit to the student the knowledge and implementation skills of what is described in the program. Ability to manage preoperative anxiety, anxiolysis and sedation techniques, the execution of loco-regional anesthesia and the control of intra and postoperative pain, the treatment of emergencies (syncope, respiratory failure, convulsions and adverse reactions to drugs ), basic life support and defibrillation. The actual acquisition will be verified by oral examination.

- At the beginning of the lessons, the student must possess valid knowledge of physiology, pathophysiology and general pharmacology, with relevance to the odontostomatological branch.
