Contents
After several introductory lessons, the course will concentrate on the study of international migration in the 20th and 21st centuries with a particular focus on Italian and European events. Special attention will be given to the issue of refugees in Europe after the second world war.

For attending students, there is a specific programme.

Educational objectives
Ability to employ the conceptual tools and analytical categories used during lessons, knowledge of major historical facts and their immediate and remote causes and consquences, correct use and knowledge of historical maps, ability to critically and autonomously organize textbook content and to recognize the historical roots of contemporary conflicts and social problems.

Face to face lessons, seminars, dvd projections, tests.

There will be some conferences.
Learning verification modality
The exam is for an intermediate written test and an oral exam at the end of the course.
Extended program
