Contents
Knowledge of the possibility and usefulness of carrying out research projects using laboratory animals is provided and on the relevant legal provisions. Therefore, the ethology and biology of the most common laboratory animal species, the different breeding techniques, the interfering environmental conditions, In addition, containment techniques and basic experimental procedures, animal welfare conditions and refinement criteria for the definition of a human endpoint and the design of an experimental design are illustrated.
