Teaching methods Didactic models/planning
The course is made up of:
- Classes (compulsory) on all themes of the course
- workshops and practice for those students who attend in order to make a socio-educational project.
Other information Attendance is not compulsory but advisable.
Learning verification modality The test, which is oral and lasts about 15/20 minutes, is aimed at checking the knowledge students have acquired during the course, the ability to elaborate and internalize the contents, the ability to communicate and use the proper vocabulary.
Extended program The relation between adult and education is complex and has to be analyzed in front of variables like the employment issues e the possibilities for the people to access to the lifelong learning strategies. The course will analyze prospective, problems e opportunities in the knowledge society, always remembering the importance of all the persons involved in education. 
Citizens, Institutions, social groups and school staff, play a central role for the person in the way to the lifelong learning.

Contents The course will analyze possible training strategies that can be undertaken by a company, to gain and maintain a competitive position in the market. In this context and in the complexity of a modern company in which training is increasingly interconnected to the knowledge society, it also places the problem of educational technology and new communication tools within a total redefinition of the concept of training. We’ll analyze the concepts of multimedia and interactivity, characteristic of the new learning technology environments to address the problem of technological qualification lived in the new context of the development of telematics equipment to identify new prospects of training.

Educational objectives The teaching is proposed as an objective to provide the basic knowledge of the online training and knowledge of the main educational technology.
The main skills that students will acquire are:
- knowledge of how to project an e-learning course
- knowledge of the theories and didactic models related to the technologies and policies needed to promote training courses in a lifelong learning perspective
- knowledge of testing tools online
- knowledge of the main educational technologies.
Prerequisites In order to be able to understand and to know how to tackle the course, students must have the basic notions of education technologies.
Teaching methods The course is organized as follows:
1. Lectures will deal of issues and problems related to the course topics.
2. Practical exercises at the Laboratory LIDU on the platform of e-learning.

Learning verification modality The exam includes only the final oral test consisting of a discussion-interview on the topics discussed during the course and examined in-depth through recommended texts.The test aims at assuring the level of knowledge and understanding, as well as synthesis, achieved by the student. Moreover, this interview will verify that the student is able to communicate, with method, propriety of language and of exposure, what he has acquired. The duration of the test varies depending on the performance of the test itself.
Extended program In recent years, the changes that have been registered in the political structures and social and the great technological revolution have had a substantial impact in the landscape of education with particular reference to the offer. Many the expressions of the growing attention that teacher, sociologists and psychologists have had in this area, from the aspects of teaching, for which the on-line training is seen as an element of diffusion of different cultures and traditions, up to the lifelong learning in which organizations are having to operate in a different scenario, broader, more competitive where the methods of implementation of refresher and retraining of staff have changed.
