Educational objectives | The aim of the subject is the knowledge students about the public health authorities system, its components and operating mode. The main knowledge gained will be: - The type of the existing public healthcare system in Italy and its evolution; - The nature and functioning of the public healthcare organizations; - The organizational setting in healthcare organizations, in its structural and operational aspects. The main skills will be: - Understand the functioning of the Italian healthcare system; - Identify the organizational solutions used in public healthcare. |

The main skills will be: - Interpret the economic and financial aspects of the operations public healthcare organizations; - Be able to understand the financial statements of public healthcare organizations. |

Extended program | The program is designed as a theoretical-practical path that leads students from the history of the discipline to the acquisition of skills for reading an organization and their personal profile in the context of work. The course provides a historical framework of the discipline from the origins to future prospects. A deepening of the main topics of study in the psychology of work.. In particular, the lessons will address issues related to relationships in work contexts starting from personal relationships by values and motivation in their life history to explore working relationships in groups with particular reference to culture of organizations.
