- The course aims to educate students to identify conditions and effects of the rules of law to be applied to real cases and to train them to recognize interests at stake.

- As is known, in the Italian law system the expression “Diritto industriale” does not correspond to an institutional subject, but to a cultural one. When we talk about “Diritto industriale”, we refer to Intellectual Property Law. The course has as object the learning of:
1. Trademark Law
2. Patent Law;
3. Unfair Competition Law;
Misleading and Comparative Advertising Law.
The course will focus on the study of protected interests and the corresponding protection juridical techniques related to trademark, invention, models, design and author’s works.
