Educational objectives
Class aims to teach students a critical way of studying natural and humanitarians law history, focusing on jurist need to refer to natural law
Prerequisites
Basic knowledge of philosophy
Teaching methods
Classroom lectures and seminar (in person if allowed) and distance learning
Other information
Focus will also be on practical cases, especially when trial required humanitarian law.
