- Educational objectives
- The course aims to provide students with an in-depth understanding of the practices and theoretical aspects of commercial law within the European Union, privileging an exegetical approach from the UE legislative source and the study of the main issues of European commercial law.

- Blended lessons: frontal and via data.

- Learning verification modality
- Exams are essentially oral, and are aimed to verify the Students knowledge of the subject.
There are forms of periodic verification on part of the program, even during the course, and practical exercises in the context of supplementary teaching activities.
The dates for the exams will be agreed with the students who attend the course. - Extended program
- The sources of the European Union legal framework; harmonization in EU company law: evolution and prospects; European company, European cooperatives; the freedom of establishment of European companies in the interpretation of the Court of Justice; limited liability companies, systems of governance, control, direction and coordination, concentrations, mergers, joint ventures; cooperation and coordination between companies, antitrust, state aid, financial market regulation.
