- The course aims to aquire a knowledge of the institutional foundations of civil procedure law, with particular reference to the "labour process "

- In order to be able to understand the topics described within the course, you must have successfully passed the private law and the constitutional law exams.

- The exam consists on an interview aiming to ascertain the knowledge level and the understanding capability acquired by the student on contencts as indicated on the program.
