- The course examines the EU legal system, its sources, its institutions, the competences of the European Court of Justice, the incorporation of EU law into domestic law.Video lectures and other materials are available on the online platform.

- Acquisition of knowledge of the EU legal system, its sources and its institutions, with special regard to the European Court of Justice and its competences in the protection of rights.
- Prerequisites
- In order to be able to understand and to know how to tackle the course, it is advisable to have the basic notions of Constitutional and International Law.

- The exam consists in an oral test, i.e. an interview about the topics included in the programme (lasting approximately 15 minutes), aiming to ascertain the knowledge level and the understanding capability acquired by the student on the topics included in the programme.
