- After presenting the main models for the analysis of economic growth, we examine the characteristics and consequences of innovation and its diffusion in the economic system, the economic subjects involved in the innovation dynamic, the organizational and institutional aspects associated with innovation.

- The course aims to provide students with the necessary tools to analyze the behavior of economic systems in the short and long term. The analysis provides both a theoretical framework and the results of the most recent studies on economic growth, presenting the main facts and problems related to growth.
