Contents	This part of the course deals with the administrative organization and it is focused on the main topics about the administrative system. The course, in its first part, will deal with the general categories of the administrative organization; so, will be analyzed the administrations as juridical operator and its main elements (the concept of "organ", "office", "public authorities") and the main relationship in the administrative organization. The second part of the course deals with the main elements of the administrative organization in the positive law.

Educational objectives	Knowledge of the main elements of the administrative organization, through its general categories and in the positive law.Understanding the static and the dynamics of the administrativ organization, even apart from the positive law
Prerequisites	It’s necessary a good knowledge of the other subjects related to the administrative law. This course is a part of a course divided into three parts. Because of that, it’s necessary to know some contents dealt in the other parts (modulo), especially the principles and some elements of the administrative activity dealt in the modulo “Activity”.
