- The programme relates to the study of the relationships between law and Economics and in particular the reflections of the global economy on the publishing rules state systems. Particular attention will have to be in order to the transformation of national legal systems in open systems international and supranational instances. will be covered by the programme the issue of State and local public services and forms of management in the light of recent legislative and jurisprudential arrests.
