Contents | Identify nursing phenomena / problems related to patients suffering from the main medical conditions - Use the care planning applied to the person with internal medicine problems - Know the operating procedures for the application of the main diagnostic-therapeutic procedures in the medical area at the end of the educational path, the student must be able to carry out assistance planning for patients belonging to the medical area independently and in team, in compliance with the code of ethics and in compliance with procedures and protocols validated by scientific evidence. |

ANAMNESIS, OBSERVATION OF SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS, ASSISTANCE PLANNING, DEFINITION OF INTERVENTIONS AND ASSISTANCE OBJECTIVES, ASSESSMENT IN THE SHORT, MEDIUM AND LONG TERM. ASSESSMENT OF THE OBJECTIVES ACHIEVED AND NOT, CRITICALITY DETECTION OF EMERGING STRENGTHS OF THE PLAN IN IMPLEMENTATION, POSSIBLE REDEVIRMATION OF THE ASSISTANCE PLAN. ASSISTANCE MANAGEMENT OF THE PATIENT AFFECTED BY THE FOLLOWING PATHOLOGIES: 1) RESPIRATORY 2) HEART CIRCULATORY 3) NEUROLOGICAL 4) DIABETOLOGICAL 5) THYROID 6) GENITOURINARY AND RENAL 7) GERIATRIC (NOTES) 8) ONCOHEMATOLOGICAL 9) GASTROENTERIC TRACT, HEPATIC PARENCHIMA AND PANCREAS 10) INFECTIOUS DISEASES (NOTES) 11) THE MAIN URGENCES IN THE MEDICAL AREA IN PARTICULAR: Assistance to the person with respiratory problems - Personal care plans with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Diseases (COPD) and Bronchial Asthma - Patient care plans with TB - Application of the most common diagnostic procedures: sputum examination, blood gas analysis, pulse oximetry, respiratory function tests - Application of the most recurrent therapeutic procedures: oxygen therapy, long-term oxygen therapy, therapy with bronchodilators - Ineffective cleaning of the airways related to accumulation of secretions - Respiratory rehabilitation interventions. Assistance to the person with oncological problems- Nursing care in oncology - Application of the most common diagnostic procedures - Assistance to the person undergoing antiblastic therapy: drug storage and preparation, administration, prevention and treatment of extravasation accidents, treatment of side effects, operator safety during handling - Management of peripheral and central venous accesses (external and totally implantable). Assistance to the person with cardiovascular problems - Standard and stress ECG: meaning and technique of performing the exam - Ischemic heart disease: prevention and health education - Angina pectoris: data collection and care plan - Heart failure and cardiogenic shock: data collection and care plan - Assistance to the person with deep vein thrombosis Assistance to the person with gastrointestinal problems - Plan of assistance to the person affected by liver cirrhosis - Assistance to people with gastrointestinal diseases - Total parenteral nutrition Assistance to the person with endocrinological problems - Plan of assistance to the person suffering from diabetes mellitus Assistance to the person with lower urinary tract infection - Care plan for the person with chronic renal failure Assistance to the person with infectious diseases - Plan of assistance to the person affected by AIDS THE COMPLEX PATIENT THE FRAGILE PATIENT Safe handling and administration of antiblastic drugs artificial nutrition (outline) procedures, operating instructions relating to the aforementioned clinical pictures drug retention, operational indications - Management of the drug register - Safety measures for administration: Management of therapy, administration and conservation errors in some particular situations Initial and ongoing assessment as a strategy for monitoring adverse therapeutic effects: observation, nursing anamnesis, physiological factors, psychosocial factors. self-help capacity development, initiative medicine: education on the autonomous management of prescribed drugs: compliance, therapeutic adherence and ineffective adherence to the therapeutic regime.
