Educational objectives | Knowledge of main activities of Pathological Anatomy. Knowledge of risk factors and pathological bases of main deseases of cervix, uterus, trophoblast and breast. The main skills will be: how send a sample to pathological anatomy and how to intepret a histology and citology report. |

Contents | Introduction to the discipline with hints on the key elements of the right. The course covers the key topics of forensics in criminal and civil law. The program also aims to provide general information on ethical, with particular reference to bioethics, sexuality and procreation. For each topic will be presented with equal dignity the different opinions of the debate and their reasons to support them |

Educational objectives | 1. Acquisition of critical awareness based on the fundamental obligations of professional practice currently in force in Italy. 2. Acquisition of critical awareness relative to the fundamentals of the professional relationship with the patient, guiding in a manner appropriate to the fundamentals of the profession. 3. Ability to apply the knowledge gained in the context of the profession with particular regard to professional liability. 4. Ability to express an opinion bioethical with adequate critical methodology. 5. Ability to transfer the theoretical knowledge in practical activity in order to correctly decipher the ethical relevance that certain situations of health care fee. 6. Awareness of moral responsibility and delll'aiuto decisions suggested to patients and their families, always keeping the patient at the center, her past and the function of accompaniment that involves professional practice 10. Follow the evolution of the bioethical debate. 11. Ability to take part, using the knowledge acquired in the course, the continuous updating initiatives in the professional. 12. Knowledge and critical evaluation of current legislation regarding sexual violence, medically assisted procreation and voluntary interruption of pregnancy. |

Learning verification modality | The Learning assessment is located at the end of the semester, in the form of an oral examination (interview teacher-student), exclusively on the topics covered during the course. During the interview the teacher checks the student's ability to frame the argument proposed by the legal point of view and then to address the specific issues of professional interest. The examination will test the student's ability to communicate what they have learned with method, properties of language and exposure. The duration of the test varies depending on the performance of the test itself |
