- For attending students: L. Vandelli, The system of local self-government, Il Mulino, last ed .; moreover lecture notes and further indications and readings will be provided, particularly in the regional field.
For students not attended, there will be study, in addition to the text of Vandelli, also a manual of regional law (and that of Bin, Falcon, Diritto regionale, Il Mulino, last ed., is recommended). - Educational objectives
- The course aims to provide the basic knowledge of the constitutional system of local autonomies, the competences and functions of the regions, the political and administrative organization of the regions, the organization of local autonomies, the functioning of local administrations, the rights of citizens in the relationship with territorial institutions
- Prerequisites
- The basic knowledge of the Italian public law system is strongly recommended
