Part 1 - population genetics: microsatellite data; simulating a STRs dataset; software tools in population genetics.
Part 2 - quantitative genetics: simulating a pedigree file and quantitative traits; estimating EBVs and rTIs.
Part 3 - Genomics: the basics of a *NIX environment; simulating, managing, and analyzing genetic sequences and high density genotypic data.
