The most important compressive diseases of the spinal cord and of the brain and the most important decompressive surgical techniques are illustrated.
PROGRAMAnatomic and physiologic remembrances. Intervertebral disk diseases. Neoplastic diseases. Surgical techniques of spinal cord decompression. Cervical, thoracolumbar and lumbo-sacral diseases. Vertebral fractures and luxations. Surgical techniques of vertebral stabilization. Diagnostic techniques, myelography and TC. Craniotomy. Collection of cerebrospinal fluid.- Reference texts
