2. MATERIAL PROVIDE by the TEACHER - Educational objectives
- Understand the conceptual and methodological bases of knowledge of the factors of health and disease of the human population, and of prevention of diseases and health promotion, with particular reference to the educational aspects in the kindergarten and primary school.
To being aware of the role that the school, place of learning par excellence, has potentially play in the impact on lifestyles and behaviors of health, present and future of the youth population, also thanks the close link with families who can strengthening and integrating the strategies of health education carried out in the school itself, and its ability to construct networks and connections with other agencies (educational and otherwise) in the community, enabling them to cooperate with the world of school by promoting actions in support of the welfare of the individual and of the whole community.
Learn the basic principles and methods in order to program interventions of education / promotion of health to be able to develop, realize, manage and evaluate educational processes in the kindergarten and primary school - Prerequisites
- In order to be able to understand and to know to tackle the course, students must have the basic notions of the human body and the relationships between man and environment, notions that the student should have already acquired in his school curriculum.

- The exam consists of an oral test and/or a written test, and the presentation of a health education project produced independently or in groups.
Oral test consists on an interview of about 15-30 minutes long aiming to ascertain the knowledge level and the understanding capability acquired by the student on theoretical and methodological contents as indicated on the program. The oral exam will also test student communication skills and his autonomy in the organization and exposure of the theoretical topics.
The written test consists of the solution of 15 multiple choice test. The test has a duration of no more than 30 minutes and is designed to evaluate the ability to correctly apply the theoretical knowledge, the understanding of the issues proposed and the ability to communicate in written form
The presentation of a project to health education provides a discussion of the health problem identified, the methodological approach adopted to solve it, and the analysis of the results obtained. The presentation of the project, which can use slide, as a whole allows us to ensure both the ability of knowledge and understanding, and the ability to apply the acquired skills and the ability to display, and the ability to learn and to develop solutions autonomous judgment - Extended program

Principles of Epidemiology and Prevention of Infectious Diseases. Host-parasite relationship; ways of transmission of infectious diseases; Interruption of transmission, immune prophylaxis
Principles of Epidemiology and Prevention of Chronic degenerative diseases. Risk factors: genetic, behavioral, environmental.
