- Teaching is the only legal examination that the student faces in the context of his degree course and is proposed as main objective to provide the tools for a critical approach to the knowledge of the institutions of administrative law in an evolutionary perspective, in particular in field of school organization.The main skills that students will acquire:-knowledge of the basic elements of the organization and activities of the public administration, particularly in the education The main skills that allow you to apply the knowledge gained will be:-identification of the skills of educational institutions in the field of functional autonomy granted them for the formation of the articulated type of planning tools provided by the legislation.

- Knowledge of the fundamental principles of the Italian constitution
- Teaching methods
- Face-to-face. Lectures that will focus on issues related to the organization and activities of public administration, even using the most important jurisprudential contributions

- Final oral exam aimed at ascertaining the ability to communicate what is acquired with method and properties of language.
- Extended program
- The course Principia with the study of constitutional law refers to the government to continue with the examination of the organization, subjective legal situations, and of the administrative procedure, with specific reference also to the law school. Finally, you will have referred to the Italian system of administrative justice.
