Contents Learning objectives: To provide basic knowledge to provide a solution to the main problems of quantities. Provide basic knowledge of the instrument for the identification of land ownership, and for the determination of rents of real estate. Provide basic knowledge for immediate application in the valuations of real rights relating to the main property.

Appraisal process. Survey estimates and valuation report

Land Cadastre: the structure of the property, the conservation activities. The recent legislation on land cadastre, land registry documents.

Building Cadastre: the structure of the property, the conservation activities. The recent legislation on land buildings, documents and cadastral.

Establishment of property rights: The function of LC and BC in the identification of urban real estate and real rights. Establishment of property rights.

Appraisal of country estates. The characteristics of the land market, the estimate for comparison and identification of market segments, determining the estimated value

Estimate of Rural buildings - Current tax law definition of cadastral and rural buildings. Assessment of the assets of the agricultural year, and the buildings to be restored.

Appraisal of Urban buildings. The characteristics of the real estate market. The appraisal for comparison and identification of market segments, the detection of market values, determining the appraised value.

The eminent domain, procedural aspects, stages of the proceedings and the role of the advisor. Criteria and procedures for determining compensation.

Estimate of real rights: Bondage coercive and voluntary; usufruct, use and habitation lifetime; Assessment of damages, Appraisal caution.
