Competence in the main methods for the functional analysis of machines and mechanical systems. Knowledge of the main motion management systems.

• Basic system models (basic building blocks for lumped parameter modelling of systems, how to build and analyze various lumped parameter systems).
• System response (Criteria and methods for the analysis and management of system response).

• Machine components and motion management (Criteria and methods for the analysis and management of machines and mechanisms, focusing on the actions exchanged between members and with the frame).
