- At the end of the module, the student will acquire the knowledge about the main topics in macroeconomics. In particular, the economics of labour markets, unemployment, the monetary system, inflation, economic growth, business cycles, aggregate demand and aggregate supply, open-economy macroeconomics. Moreover, the module provides to the student with the necessary tools in order to evaluate the outcomes of fiscal and monetary policy in a closed and open economy.
