- The course explores the relevant sports law institutes on the level of private relations as conformed by state and European regulations and by private autonomy.The discipline of doping and Anti-corruption and sport will also be covered by the course.

- The aim of the course is constituted by the critical learning of the general principles and the institutes of sports law.

- The course aims to be an opportunity for learning, but also for comparison and discussion: it is divided into lectures and in-depth seminars as well as exercises through the study of case law.
