Educational objectives
D1 - KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING The main knowledge acquired is:

1 knowledge of the basic rules of effective communication: body language and facial expressions during communication.

2 power and trust as the basis of charismatic communication

D2 - ABILITY TO APPLY KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING : at the end of the training course the student will have to know the fundamental principles of charismatic communication to be applied both with pet owners and with colleagues when working in a group

D4 - COMMUNICATION SKILLS. The purpose of the course is precisely to increase skills in order to make communication more effective

D5 - LEARNING SKILLS: the student must be able to interpret the non-verbal and verbal language of a hypothetical interlocutor and know how to adapt even in difficult moments
