Learning verification modality METHOD OF CONDUCTING THE EXAM: Oral test lasting approximately 15 minutes divided into 2 questions, 1 of which relating to cardiovascular pathologies and 1 relating to the remaining pathologies. Any further questions relating to the minimum knowledge essential for the management of medical pathologies may be asked in the event of an unsatisfactory answer to the 2 previous questions.

METHOD OF ALLOCATION OF THE FINAL MARK: out of thirty
Extended program CLINICAL MANIFESTATIONS of DISEASE Dyspnea cough and hemoptysis, edema, disorders of appetite, nausea and vomiting, Diarrhea and constipation, abdominal pain and chest pain, fever and dizziness, Syncope, FUO, Gut Bleeding, poliglobulic and lymphatic diseases, Anaemia, Jaundice, Lymphatic adenopathies, splenomegaly, obesity and undernutrition, Coma. Diseases Rheumatic - SLE, Sjogren's disease, rheumatoid arthritis, Scleroderma, Systemic Vasculitis, Spondylarthropathy, Sarcoidosis, polymyalgia rheumatica and temporal arteritis. Oncology - para-Neoplastic Syndromes. Hematology - bone marrow failure (myelodysplasia, aplastic anemia) megaloblastic Anemias. Infectious - Endocarditis, Pneumonia, Tuberculosis, viral hepatitis. Cardiovascular - heart failure, pulmonary edema and Septic Shock, cardiogenic shock, peripheral artery disease. Respiratory - pulmonary embolism, ARDS. Renal - acute and chronic renal failure Gastroenterology - inflammatory bowel disease cirrhosis Endocrinology - Cushing Syndromes, Hemochromatosis and Diabetes, Dyslipidemia, Osteoporosis, Addison.
