The course aims to offer a general overview of civil procedural law, with particular reference to alternative dispute resolution methods and electronic legal proceedings.

Educational objectives
Acquisition of the general principles of the trial process, alternative dispute resolution methods, and electronic legal proceedings.

Prerequisites
It is necessary to have successfully passed the exams in Private Law and Constitutional Law.
