Educational objectives To acquire basic knowledge of the main psychiatric disorders, and to develop relational and communication skills that facilitate the approach to patients by taking into account their mental health conditions, in order to provide effective, empathetic, and personalized nursing care.
Prerequisites To understand the topics covered, the student must have knowledge of the psychology and pharmacology.

Strumenti e tecniche nel processo di valutazione e di diagnosi, con particolare riferimento all’età evolutiva. Le principali condizioni psicopatologiche in età evolutiva ed il ruolo dell’infermiere. Principali modalità di intervento e trattamento.

Educational objectives Lo studente potrà apprendere le nozioni basiche e fondanti della psicologia clinica in Salute Mentale, al fine di acquisire le conoscenze necessarie alla comprensione della disciplina. Durante il percorso formativo, lo studente acquisirà le conoscenze e le competenze utili a:
-comprendere l’impatto globale e individuale delle principali condizioni psicopatologiche in età evolutiva
-riconoscere i principali segni e sintomi dei disturbi psichici in età evolutiva
-comprendere l’epidemiologia, le caratteristiche cliniche e il decorso, i criteri diagnostici del DSM-5 delle principali condizioni psicopatologiche in età evolutiva
-comprendere le caratteristiche dei principali strumenti di intervento clinico

• Reazioni psicologiche alla malattia: meccanismi di difesa e stili di coping
• Elementi di psicopatologia dello sviluppo
• Principali condizioni del neurosviluppo (disturbi dello spettro autistico, disturbo da deficit di attenzione ed iperattività, disabilità intellettiva) e ruolo dell’infermiere
• Condizioni psicopatologiche in età evolutiva: disturbi internalizzanti ed esternalizzanti
• Elementi di psicologia sociale e principali caratteristiche degli interventi di gruppo
• Tecniche di gestione dello stress lavorativo e del burn-out
