- Building on theoretical models of the study of social groups, the course will examine intra-group dynamics in organizational contexts. Aspects of group formation, internal group functioning with particular reference to norms, roles, leadership, cohesion among members and decision-making processes will be addressed. It will then delve into notions and tools related to crucial aspects of group dynamics, such as interdependence, ethical climate, communication, and conflict management and resolution
