- Analysis and comprehension of the legal regulation of technologies within the systematic framework of the fundamental institutions of private law.
The following subjects will constitute the primary objects of study:

- Capacity to act, online protection of minors, and age verification mechanisms.

- Fundamental rights, particularly: personal identity and digital identity, neuro-rights privacy and personal data protection, copyright and AI.

- Cybersecurity and the NIS2 Directive
- Platform liability under the Digital Services Act and the Digital Markets Act
- Liability for damage caused by AI.
- Smart contracts and blockchain technology.
- Digital assets, NFTs, and intellectual property rights.
- Civil liability arising from AI use and unlawful processing of personal data.
