Il sistema delle fonti del diritto privato (le fonti interne e le fonti comunitarie); le situazioni giuridiche soggettive (diritti soggettivi, interessi legittimi ed altro); i soggetti, con riferimento sia alle persone fisiche, sia agli enti disciplinati dal primo Libro del Codice Civile (con particolare riguardo ad associazioni e fondazioni); i diritti della personalità (valutati anche nella prospettiva costituzionale); i beni, la proprietà, gli altri diritti reali e il possesso; la circolazione dei diritti sui beni e il sistema della trascrizione; il diritto di famiglia; le successioni e le donazioni.

In order to usefully tackle the lessons and the study of the subject, the student must possess a good general education and have developed logical-argumentative skills.

Classroom lectures,
exercises, simulations, workshops, seminars, projects, reports, group work, educational visits, and IT tools to support teaching made available to students on the Unistudium platform
Other information
Students are received both in person, at the times published on the lecturer's personal page, and via Teams, by appointment to be agreed by email.
Working students and those belonging to the categories indicated in the University Regulations may attend lectures remotely on the Teams platform. Support measures are provided for students with disabilities and/or DSA, see: https://www.unipg.it/disabilita-e-dsa/studenti-con-dsa
