- Il sistema delle fonti del diritto privato (le fonti interne e le fonti comunitarie); le situazioni giuridiche soggettive (diritti soggettivi, interessi legittimi ed altro); i soggetti, con riferimento sia alle persone fisiche, sia agli enti disciplinati dal primo Libro del Codice Civile (con particolare riguardo ad associazioni e fondazioni); i diritti della personalità (valutati anche nella prospettiva costituzionale); i beni, la proprietà, gli altri diritti reali e il possesso; la circolazione dei diritti sui beni e il sistema della trascrizione; il diritto di famiglia; le successioni e le donazioni.

- Students are received both in person, at the times published on the lecturer's personal page, and via Teams, by appointment to be agreed by email.
