- Contents
- The course delves into the study of the discipline of public contracts. In particular, the specific subject of the course is the regulation of public administration contracts and concessions contained in the public contracts code (legislative decree no. 36 of 2023).
- Reference texts
- Fantini, Simonetti, Le basi del diritto dei contratti pubblici, Torino, Giappichelli (latest edition). It is also required to study the subject through the analysis of the discipline of Legislative Decree no. 36 of 2023. It is recommended to update, also for in-depth materials and indications/selections of relevant topics, through the Unistudium website of the course.
- Educational objectives
- The course aims to provide the student with the skills needed to move with knowledge in the field of procurement and contracts of public administrations. These skills are particularly useful both for participation in public competitions and for operating within public administrations or in companies and private entities in relation to it.
- Prerequisites
- There are no binding prerequisites, however it is certainly useful (although the course will try to ensure an alignment of basic skills) to have a basic knowledge of the institutions of administrative law and the private law discipline of obligations and contracts.

- Frontal lessons, group and/or individual work, in-depth practical-operational sessions with the intervention of experts

- Final oral exam. It will be possible to provide an evaluation path for the attending students through ongoing checks, tests and exercises, group work
