“BEFORE” THE DIGITAL. AT THE ROOTS OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN REAL AND VIRTUAL. The course aims, after a brief introduction to the status of Political Philosophy, to focus on one of the possible declinations of the articulated topic of the digital. In particular, the aim is to return to the matrix of this revolution, which is the real/virtual distinction. In order to do so, starting from some studies on the scope of the digital revolution, the paper will focus on two authors, distant in time, who have more implicitly and more explicitly focused on precisely the category of “virtual,” namely Bergson and Levy. Building on their studies, an attempt will be made to focus on the theoretical and philosophical-practical scope of the category of “virtual”
