Contents
The main contents of the course revolve around an overall overview of the essential aspects of Italian public law, through an understanding of the issues relating to the constitutional order, the organization and structure of public authorities and the relationship between public and private entities. The fundamental institutions of public law will be adequately investigated with a particular focus on the sources of Italian and European Union law as well as on the reciprocal relations between the State, Regions and the European Union. The organization and handling of said contents reflect the purpose of providing learners with knowledge of the main legal issues and the related linguistic mastery to develop skills for in-depth analysis and critical reflection.
